Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2003 after studying law in Sheffield and has worked in the Warwickshire area handling divorce and family law cases since this time. Samantha welcomes clients from the local area as well as clients from further a field. She is able to provide advice and can conduct cases via email, telephone and fax as well as being able to offer face to face meetings depending on the needs of each individual client.
Samantha became a partner of Family Law Consultants Solicitors in January 2010 and can advise on a wide range of matrimonial and family law related issues including divorce, separation, civil partnerships and cohabitation issues. She is also experienced in dealing with private child law matters such as residence and contact disputes and can advise victims of domestic violence.
In addition to this Samantha regularly deals with conveyancing matters. These include sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers for both existing clients who are going through a divorce or separation (thus removing the need for them to find a new solicitor to deal with this) as well as new clients who simply have properties to buy or sell.
In her own time Samantha is an active member of a local theatre where she acts in and directs various productions. She also runs a small theatre company with her husband called “Made in 48 Hours” which involves producing an annual show in 48 hours for charity.
