Property Transfer with a Remortgage:
Legal Fees - £350.00
VAT - £70.00
In addition to this there will be a number of disbursements, these are items that we pay for on your behalf. You may require all or some of the following items: Local search or a no search indemnity policy, Bankruptcy search, Land Registry Fee, Bank Transfer fee and possibly Stamp Duty.
We are happy to provide a full estimate of our charges upon receiving full details of the transaction from you.
Property Transfer with no mortgage or existing mortgage:
Legal Fees - £250.00
VAT - £50.00
In addition to this there will be a number of disbursements, you may require all or some of the following items: Bankruptcy search
- Land Registry Fee
- Bank Transfer fee
- Stamp Duty
We are happy to provide a full estimate of our charges upon receiving full details of the transaction from you.
Selling a House (freehold property):
Legal Fees - £500.00
VAT - £100.00
OCE - £8.00
In addition to this it is likely that there will be a Bank Transfer fee.
We are happy to provide a full estimate of our charges for selling a house upon receiving full details of the transaction from you.
Selling a House (Leasehold property):
Legal Fees - £600.00
VAT - £120.00
OCE - £8.00
In addition to this it is likely that there will be a Bank Transfer fee. We are happy to provide a full estimate of our charges upon receiving full details of the transaction from you.
Buying a House:
The legal fees in relation to the purchase of a property are dependant on the purchase price of the property that you are buying.
In addition to the legal fees there will be a number of disbursements that you may require. You may need all or some of the following items: Searches, Bankruptcy search, Completion searches, Land Registry Fee, Bank Transfer fee and Stamp Duty for purchase of £175,001.00 and over.
Our Fees:
- For buying a house between £0.00 to £125,000.00
Legal Fees - £450.00
VAT - £90.00 - For buying a house between £125,001.00 to £250,000.00
Legal Fees - £600.00
VAT - £120.00 - For buying a house between £250,001.00 to £500,000.00
Legal Fees - £750.00
VAT - £150.00 - For buying a house in excess of £500,001.00
